WHO AM I?

Robyn
I firmly believe in the values of compassion and loving kindness. To live is to learn. We can choose to allow our growing and learning to be guided by self compassion and motivated by the human desire to contribute to life. This requires the courage to be vulnerable, the courage to feel all our feelings and the courage to understand and communicate our needs.

I wish to help people become more of who they are here to be now. To understand who we are within an accepting and loving framework. To understand how we operate, how we show up for ourselves and others. To understand our relationship to the planet and how we experience it. To befriend our shadow selves and critical self concepts. To facilitate reconnection with our emotional, physical and spiritual needs.

I wish to help people get clearer about what matters to them and others and how to act on that from a place of joy, creativity and play. Not shame and guilt.

I am particularly interested in supporting people to navigate transitions, loss, uncertainty and conflict with compassion and courage.
